An unboxed item is still an original authentic item, but it is sold without the original box.There are many reasons why an item might be offered as unboxed, ranging from a damaged box to being originally sourced as an unboxed item.This is still the same exact item, the ONLY difference is it is not in its original box.Many of our customers LOVE the idea of saving even more by getting an unboxed item.The description will CLEARLY state the item is unboxed and is listed separately then a boxed item.

If you are not satisfied with a product notify us within 10 days of receipt, and return the item in the original condition within 30 days to receive a 100% refund. Your refund will be processed AFTER the items have been received back in our warehouse in Hong Kong.
The exceptions to this are:
Perfumes/Fragrances, due to international safety restrictions, perfumes CANNOT be returned via airmail, the only exception would be a local return in Hong Kong. Please be VERY careful prior to placing your perfume orders, as perfumes are NOT refundable.
Any other product sold as “Non refundable” would also fall under this exception.
We do not cover return shipping charges.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the item in its original condition back to our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
